Professor Han Yi attended the Shuangqing Forum of National Natural Science Foundation of China and delivered a sub-forum report

On August 9-10, 2020, the 254th Shuangqing Forum of National Natural Science Foundation of China was held in Beijing West Suburb Hotel. This forum was hosted by Peking University and strongly supported by the Management Science Department, Information Science Department, Life Science Department and Policy Bureau of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. This forum was themed on new theories and new paradigms of organizational management in the digital economy. More than 40 senior scholars in the field of human resource management and organizational behavior from over 30 universities at home and abroad attended the forum, including Peking University, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Zhejiang University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Sun Yat-sen University, Nankai University, Xian Jiaotong University, East China Normal University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Tongji University, University of International Business and Economics, Jinan University and Anhui University, etc.


Shuangqing Forum is a high-level academic strategic seminar organized by National Natural Science Foundation of China. Based on interdisciplinary research, this forum discussed the major basic theoretical problems and solutions of organizational management in the digital economy, summarized the important basic scientific problems that need to be concerned and solved in this research field in China, and discussed the key funding fields and corresponding interdisciplinary funding modes in the next 5-10 years.


Professor Han Yi from the Department of Human Resource Management was invited to give a sub-forum report entitled Research on the mechanism of leaders advice-taking process under multiple social media. On the afternoon of the same day, the participants delivered reports in three venues and discussed the major research topics of the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation in the next 5-10 years. The closing ceremony was presided over by Wu Gang, director of the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation. Professor Zhang Zhixue of Peking University made a summary report on major research topics, and Liu Zuoyi, deputy director of the Management Science Department, made a summary and delivered a closing speech.
